Scheduled Dates & Times: Friday, October 25 @ 5:30–9:00pm
Program Fees: $22 Scouts (ages 5-13) / $10 Adults
UGH! It's a bug and you and your troop are going to have a ball! You are invited to join us for this exciting evening adventure at Riverbanks Zoo! The Girl Scouts Bug-A-Boo Ball and Trick-or-Treat Trek is an eerie night of creepy crawly critters and candy, of course! The Bug-A-Boo Ball will include fun activities, games and animal encounters that will highlight what else…BUGS and maybe a few other freaky friends while earning credits towards badge requirements! This wild night will begin with a "buggy" themed S.W.A.Ps * Meet and Greet. We will throw in a few fabulously fun activities and end with a Trick-or-Treat Trek, where you will change into your costume* and enjoy the popular Halloween spook-tacular Boo at the Zoo**! On your self-guided trek through Boo, you will experience Frankenstein's Foam Zone, an eeky freaky DJ dance party and a trick-or-treat trail with candy and so much more!
* Please plan to participate and bring a bug themed SWAPs to exchange with your fellow Girl Scouts.
** You may come in costume; however, in order to participate in animal encounters, we ask that any make up/props wait to be added until after program.
*** Admission to Boo at the Zoo is included in the program fee.
