Help homeless teens in Haiti and the United states by donating your gently-used pair(s) of jeans at any Aeropostale location now through February 14. The first 100,000 pairs of jeans collected will be sent to homeless teens in Haiti. All additional jeans will be donated to local homeless shelters or charities. Last year, 200,000 pairs of jeans were collected by all Aeropostale stores.
In the spirit of last week’s adoption of a special rule of order by the Girl Scouts of the USA to “engage in activities . . . to support emergency relief for the January 12 earthquake disaster in Haiti,” our council is partnering with Aeropostale’s limited-time promotion to help homeless teens there . . . and here in the United States.
Aeropostale locations in our jurisdiction are located in these malls: Aiken, Anderson, Columbiana, Gaffney Outlet, Haywood, Village of Sandhills and WestGate. All these stores will display Teens for Jeans posters with our logo and that of its other partner, the Boy Scouts.
